Creative Copywriter
We’re in search of a Creative Copywriter to join our dynamic team and play a key role in crafting compelling narratives that bring our clients’ brands to life. As a Creative Copywriter, your creativity and storytelling prowess will be instrumental in shaping impactful advertising campaigns across diverse channels.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Generate captivating and memorable copy for various advertising materials, spanning print ads, digital content, social media campaigns, scripts, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with Art Directors, Designers, and team members to co-create integrated and powerful advertising campaigns.
  • Transform creative briefs into persuasive, on-brand copy that resonates with target audiences.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to ensure our campaigns remain innovative and effective.
  • Present creative concepts to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback to refine and elevate ideas.
  • Adhere to established brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to deliver fresh and original concepts.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven track record as a Creative Copywriter in an advertising agency setting.
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing creative and conceptual work across diverse platforms, mediums, and industries (e.g., Real Estate, FMCG, Retail).
  • Strong narrative development and storytelling skills.
  • Exceptional command of the English language, with a keen eye for grammar and style.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.

Motion Graphics Designer
Must be a person with that is a visual storyteller with a flair for motion graphics and animation.
Key focus areas of the role:
  • Creating visually stunning motion graphics and animations for various digital media platforms
  • Utilizing video software, such as Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro to design and execute captivating motion graphic projects (Cinema 4D would be a plus)
  • Incorporating typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of motion graphic content
  • Adapting and optimizing motion graphics for different screen sizes and resolutions to ensure seamless playback on various devices
  • Ensure high-quality motion graphic deliverables meet client requirements and work output exceeds expectations
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines, and delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand project goals, gather feedback, and incorporate revisions to achieve the desired creative vision
  • Collaborating with the creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, and content creators, to conceptualize and storyboard motion graphic projects that align with brand guidelines and project objectives

Professional qualifications

Business Development Executive
Must be a candidate that is a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and able to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Key focus areas of the role
  • Procuring new clients through several channels and collaborating with the marketing department
  • Identifying and researching opportunities (product and or service offerings) to expand new and existing markets and offerings
  • Maintaining relationships with existing clients and ensuring up to 90% retention year on year
  • Maintaining client activities in CRM and other related company software
  • Running outbound campaigns to expand business opportunities
